"Mr Michael taught me in my final year at high school. At that time I wasn’t focusing that much on ICT because, I was busy with the other scientific subjects. After a couple of lessons with him I started to feel more confident with myself and believed that I was capable of achieving an A*(which I achieved at the end of the year Thanks to God) in the subject. And that was because, of his professional way of teaching. He was patient with me, always been on time and he checked on me after any ICT exam I took at school. "My name is Lama Abdalla, I took my igcse exam last year (2019). Since the beginning of highschool I did not enjoy the subject of ICT, I felt as though I was a hopeless case and always found it difficult to execute the practical part of it.
